Family Medicine Physician (FM) & Core Faculty

We're hiring a Family Medicine Physician in Valparaiso, Indiana who wants to combine meaningful patient care with academic involvement-without sacrificing work-life balance.

You'll step into an outpatient clinical role focused on chronic disease management, preventive services, and whole-person care. In addition to clinical responsibilities, you'll serve as faculty in a Physician Residency Program, mentoring and guiding the next generation of physicians while maintaining professional autonomy.

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary starting at $240,000+
• Employer-paid health insurance (70% of premiums)
