Family Medicine Physician Locums Job in Michigan Full-Time Weekday Coverage Assignment

Coverage Details
Credentialing timeframe: Typically 30 days

Shift Details
Full-time weekday coverage preferred, Monday through Friday, generally aligned with clinic operating hours (approximately 8A-5P)
Target approximately 36 patient-facing clinic hours per week plus appropriate administrative and in-basket time

Requirements
Board Certified/Board Eligible
BLS
Will consider IMLC

Assignment Details
Clinic setting
Primary care performance target: 2.0 completed visits per clinic hour
Scheduling should support a minimum expectation of 2.0 completed visits per hour with appointment lengths generally not exceeding 30 minutes
Providers typically work with one MA or LPN
Additional clinic support includes referral team, prior authorization team, and RN navigators
EMR: Epic
Dictation: Dragon
For new graduates, residency training logs should be provided to document experience within the last 12 months
All other applicants must be able to demonstrate provision of care for 10 adult inpatients/outpatients within the past 12 months
