Fast Track Full Stack Engineer

In this role you guide customers through onboarding and deployment of Microsoft cloud solutions, focusing on AI and data security. You work across multiple Microsoft technologies to remove adoption barriers and accelerate value realization. You collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design cohesive deployment strategies and drive secure AI transformations. This position offers impact by spanning workloads and shaping delivery models in a fast‑moving AI‑first environment.

• Guide customers through onboarding, deployment, and optimization of Microsoft cloud solutions focused on AI and data security.
• Deliver consultative technical guidance across multiple Microsoft solution areas while managing workload dependencies.
• Identify and remove deployment blockers, mitigate risks, and accelerate time‑to‑value for customers.
• Partner with FastTrack Architects, Customer Success, Engineering, Product Groups, and Partners to achieve outcomes.
• Enable customers to adopt secure AI experiences by integrating identity, security, compliance, endpoint, productivity, and agents into cohesive deployment strategies.
• Contribute to scalable delivery by sharing practices, improving playbooks, and creating reusable guidance.
• Advocate for the customer by feeding field insights into engineering and product discussions.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT/CS/Engineering/related field
• At least one additional language: Italian, Spanish, German, French, Portuguese or Arabic
• Experience deploying or optimizing Microsoft cloud technologies or similar IT/customer-facing roles
• Technical consulting, IT administration, support, project management, or customer success management experience
• Ability to work with diverse stakeholders and translate technical concepts into business value
• Experience with cloud, infrastructure, or Microsoft platform technologies
