Job Description

We are seeking a Full Time FCCM Tech Lead with strong experience in Oracle FCCM, Customer Risk Rating, AML/KYC, data analytics, system integration, and technical solution design. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership for enterprise analytical applications and work closely with architects, business analysts, PMO, testing teams, and business stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Oracle FCCM/Customer Risk Rating solution design and implementation
  • Design scalable analytical applications, integrations, APIs, and data pipelines
  • Develop and support solutions using Unix, Shell Scripting, SQL/PLSQL, and scheduling tools
  • Work with Autosys, Control-M, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Collaborate with architects, business analysts, PMO, testing teams, and stakeholders
  • Produce detailed technical designs and solution options
  • Support Oracle FCCM/OFSAA and Mantas-based risk rating implementations
  • Design and manage ETL data flows and high-volume data processing
  • Drive AI enablement for code automation and operational efficiency
  • Support AML, KYC, regulatory compliance, and Customer Risk Rating initiatives
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, architecture guidance, and problem-solving

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • 10+ years of software development, systems design, or architecture experience preferred
  • Strong Oracle FCCM/OFSAA and Customer Risk Rating experience
  • Minimum 2 end-to-end Oracle FCCM Customer Risk Rating implementations
  • Strong SQL/PLSQL, Unix, Shell Scripting, and scheduling tools experience
  • Experience with enterprise integrations, APIs, ETL, and analytical platforms
  • Strong SDLC, Agile, JIRA, Confluence, and DevOps/CI-CD knowledge
  • Experience with AML, KYC, regulatory compliance, or risk platforms
  • Experience with cloud, hybrid platforms, and high-volume data processing
  • CAMS certification preferred
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
