FCRM Testing Analyst – Operations

• Support execution of design and operating effectiveness testing for FCRM controls
• Independently perform assigned testing tasks end to end
• Conduct analytical research and analysis for testing engagements and initiatives
• Identify matters requiring additional attention, escalation, or review
• Follow up on findings from testing engagements
• Prioritize workload and deliver quality results within assigned timelines
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues using judgement
• Collaborate with the testing team throughout engagements
• Present objective, independent advice and recommendations to control partners
• Provide subject matter expertise and input to projects and initiatives
• Analyze, document, and report research, issues, assessments, and testing results
• Support risk-based engagement execution and identify potential risks
• Protect organizational interests by identifying and escalating high-risk activities
• Maintain effective risk management and control processes
• Contribute to team knowledge transfer, training, coaching, and continuous improvement

Requirements

• University degree, college diploma, or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in AML/ATF, Sanctions, audit, or control testing roles
• Experience working in a Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) and/or knowledge of FIU processes and controls
• Knowledge of AML/ATF regulations and current/emerging trends
• Ability to communicate effectively in oral and written form
• CAMS designation or similar preferred
• Experience or subject matter expertise within TD Securities or FIU businesses preferred
• Working professional-level knowledge of the supported functional and/or business areas
• Knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements
• Ability to manage ambiguity and apply judgement to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues

Demonstrates expertise in AML/ATF regulations and controls, with a strong ability to conduct analytical research and testing engagements. Capable of effectively communicating findings and recommendations while managing risks and contributing to team development.
