Festival Programming Lead

Edinburgh International Film Festival (EIFF) is recruiting a Programme Manager to oversee the operational planning, coordination and delivery of the festival programme. The role reports to the Festival Producer and works with the CEO & Festival Director to translate decisions into practical plans for screenings and events.

You will lead the Programme Planning Team, manage cross‑department collaboration and ensure timely, high‑quality delivery within budgets and deadlines.
