Drive technical delivery and foster strong partnerships as the Technical Director for Fidelity Canada. This hybrid position supports innovative technology alignment within the Client Experience business.
As a pivotal member of the Client Experience team, you will manage all aspects of technical delivery and act as the liaison between business and IS leadership. Collaborating with various departments, you will ensure seamless delivery of technology solutions while advocating for enhancements and strategic improvements in line with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with internal teams to define optimal solutions • Oversee technical delivery and incident resolution processes • Maintain strong relationships with industry partners and vendors • Present evolving technology insights to stakeholders • Ensure applications meet operational KPIs and quality controls
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 7+ years in technical delivery and architecture • 5+ years in financial IT/Operations • Experience with Financial Services technology stacks • Proven ability to implement business-aligned tech strategies
