Are you an experienced networking or telecommunications professional looking for a customer-facing technical role where you can combine your expertise in Ethernet networks, problem-solving skills, and passion for technology while supporting industry-leading customers across the EMEA region?

Working within a highly skilled EMEA team, you will act as the primary technical contact for customers and partners, supporting them through the full sales lifecycle.
In this role, you will work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and operations teams to understand customer requirements, deliver technical demonstrations, provide training, and help develop solutions that address real-world network testing challenges. You will also play a key role in supporting product adoption and identifying new business opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting Ethernet networking technologies, a strong customer-focused mindset, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly. Knowledge of synchronisation testing and Python scripting would be highly advantageous.

The Role:

• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers and partners
• Deliver product demonstrations, technical training, and consultancy
• Support troubleshooting, test configuration, and analysis of customer issues
• Collaborate with engineering and commercial teams to support business growth
• Attend customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events across EMEA
• Travel up to 50% throughout the region

The Person:

• Experience supporting Ethernet networking products, protocols, or technologies
• Degree qualified in Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or a related discipline
• Strong customer-facing communication and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Ethernet networking and/or synchronisation testing
• Programming/scripting experience - Python preferred
