In this Field CTO role, you serve as the top technology voice to our largest customers, turning platform vision into boardroom strategy. You influence executive decision-making and product direction, shaping multi-year transformation on agentic AI and automation at scale. You work with C-suite peers to accelerate enterprise adoption and position Workato as a leader in enterprise AI execution. This is a high-visibility, strategic partnership role with measurable business impact.

- Act as senior technology counterpart to CIOs/CTOs/CDOs and Boards at strategic accounts
- Lead executive briefings, advisory councils, and architecture reviews that shape transformation roadmaps
- Present to Boards on AI strategy, governance, and economics of enterprise automation
- Partner with Sales to advance large, complex enterprise opportunities and secure multi-million investments
- Advise on enterprise AI adoption, modern integration architectures, and governance models
- Represent Workato at industry events and author thought leadership to establish market leadership
- Provide field input to CEO/CPO/CTO on roadmap priorities and product strategy
- Coach internal teams on executive engagement and scalable, repeatable boardroom storytelling
- 15+ years of senior technology leadership
- C-suite or equivalent executive experience in Fortune 500/Global 2000
- deep fluency in enterprise integration, AI/agentic systems, data platforms, cloud architecture
- experience selling or representing platforms to large enterprises
- proven track record with digital transformation and measurable outcomes
- executive-level communication, boardroom presence, and public speaking
- comfort operating in ambiguity and navigating matrixed organizations
- commercial experience with enterprise software vendors is highly preferred
