Field IT Support Engineer – UK Onsite & Hardware

QinetiQ in Malvern is seeking a Field IT Support Engineer to deliver onsite and mobile IT assistance across the UK, including hardware builds, device deployments and network patching. You’ll manage your own ticket queue, work across multiple sites and travel regularly.

The role requires experience in IT support environments, strong troubleshooting across Windows devices, and the ability to work independently with ITIL-aligned processes. Travel and SC clearance eligibility are essential.
