What You’ll Do

As a Field Support Engineer, you’ll provide a mix of remote and on-site technical support, handling everything from desktop issues to network troubleshooting and cloud systems management.
You’ll work with clients across various industries, using the latest tools and technologies we invest in to help you deliver outstanding support with maximum efficiency.

What You Bring

• Solid knowledge of Windows 11 O
• Experience with Azure cloud environments
• Active Directory administration & management
• Experience with managing Microsoft Entra & In-Tune
• Strong support for Microsoft 365 and Office apps (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with networking (TCP/IP, switches, routers)
• Experience with mobile device management (MDM)
• Ideally, one or more technical certifications (e.g., Microsoft, CompTIA, Cisco)

Your Experience

You’ve been hands-on in IT support and are confident working solo or as part of a team. You’re great with clients, comfortable troubleshooting a wide range of issues, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Microsoft 365 and cloud technologies
• Networking and infrastructure troubleshooting
• Ability to manage your journey times to client sites

The Package

Hours: Mon–Fri 08:30–17:00 + optional Sat AM rota (after 6 months)
Holiday: 22 days + bank holidays

Transport: Own transport needed for the first 3 months (during probation)

While our HQ is in Basildon, Essex, we’re looking for candidates living in or around the home counties who are self-motivated and can work effectively in a Hybrid arrangement.
