Overview
As a Product Analyst in the QC Figaro team, you will bring SME input for investment management systems (Figaro, Portfolio Review) to ensure reliable operation. You’ll configure, analyze, test, and document processes in partnership with Quilter Cheviot, while supporting the Tech Product Owner. You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs, act as a trusted advisor on Figaro matters, and drive issue resolution. The role combines business and technology in a fast-moving wealth-management context, shaping how the investment platform supports client goals.

- Act as escalation point for Figaro-related operational issues and drive resolution.
- Liaise between investment business and technology teams to facilitate delivery and clarity.
- Deep subject matter expertise in wealth management systems.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate technical issues for senior stakeholders.
- Experience with Figaro or similar investment management systems.
