Job Title: FileNet IER Developer

Location: Toronto, ON

Work Arrangement: Hybrid-2 Days onsite

Pay Rate: CAD 55-65/hour Incorporated

SKILLS REQUIRED


  • Strong expertise in IBM FileNet IER , with Subject Matter Expert (SME) -level knowledge.
  • Hands-on experience implementing Legal Hold and Data Purge/Disposition solutions within FileNet environments.
  • Proven experience in system design, architecture, integration, configuration, and implementation of FileNet solutions.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise content management, records management, retention policies, and compliance workflows .
  • Experience integrating FileNet IER with enterprise applications, databases, and downstream systems .
