FileNet IER Developer

Location: Toronto; Hybrid: 2 days a week in office

Detailed Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the IER module to lead the design, development, and implementation of customized integrations aligned with business requirements. The role involves ownership of critical functionalities related to legal holds and data purge, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.

The candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end solution delivery, including architecture design, system integration, and implementation. They will also provide QA support through defect triage, root cause analysis, and resolution to maintain high-quality deliverables.

Additionally, the role requires enabling team capability by cross-skilling members on IER functionalities and promoting knowledge sharing. The candidate will develop and maintain comprehensive documentation covering system design, procedures, infrastructure, and implementation guidelines.

Top 3 Required Skills:

Strong expertise in IER module (Subject Matter Expert level)

Experience in legal hold and data purge implementations

Hands-on experience in system design, integration, and implementation

Top 3 Preferred Skills:

Experience with QA support, defect triage, and issue resolution

Strong documentation and technical writing skills

Ability to mentor and cross-skill team members

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
