Overview
As a Finance Automations Developer you will build automated financial reports and processes to support the Finance Operations function. You will work with Excel, Power BI and Power Automate to streamline data movement and reporting, collaborating with the Finance Transformation team to maintain standards. The role blends hands-on automation, data handling and user-focused documentation to improve Finance efficiency. You will contribute to ongoing automation initiatives and have opportunities for training in data and AI technologies. This is a hands-on, growth-oriented position in a supportive, values-driven environment.

- Design and implement new process automations using digital technologies within Finance
- Maintain and troubleshoot existing automations, including retraining as needed
- Collaborate with IT Data and Finance teams to build data pipelines and enable data lakes
- Create and maintain live Power BI reports to replace Excel-based outputs
- Ensure user-friendly automation tools with clear documentation and error messaging
- Oversee timelines for automated tasks and coordinate with stakeholders
- Review and archive automations that are no longer fit for purpose
- Data visualisation experience
