Finance Business Analyst OTC Reporting

Support Purolator’s Order to Cash reporting with advanced Excel and SAP S/4HANA skills in an office environment. Improve recurring finance operations.

The Business Analyst, Finance Excellence supports daily, weekly, and monthly OTC reporting activities. You will learn established procedures, back up critical reports, own selected reporting, and improve production and distribution. The work also includes process documentation, controls, issue resolution, and practical automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn recurring OTC reporting procedures and back up critical activities
• Own selected reports supporting higher-value analysis
• Simplify, standardize, and automate reporting processes
• Maintain reporting procedures, controls, and documentation
• Monitor SLAs and escalate unresolved reporting issues

Requirements:

• Two to four years of relevant experience
• Advanced Excel skills with formulas, lookups, pivots, and reconciliation
• Working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA applications and data
• University degree or college diploma in a related discipline
• Strong organization, communication, judgment, and attention to detail
