Finance Business Analyst - SaaS Metrics & Automation

Tenzo is seeking a Finance Business Analyst to own internal management reporting and keep our systems running smoothly. You will work directly with the VP of Finance on monthly P&L, board packs, and KPI dashboards, while also tracking MRR, ARR, churn, CAC, and LTV to inform business decisions.

You will maintain finance systems (Xero, billing platform) and contribute to month-end close. A hands-on, high-ownership role, with automation and AI opportunities to streamline processes and support
