Job Description

• Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with operational teams to develop budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare detailed financial reports for stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Support strategic initiatives with financial modelling and analysis.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and support implementation plans.
• Act as a key point of contact for finance-related queries within the business.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

• A strong background in accounting or finance, preferably within the FMCG industry.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• The ability to interpret complex financial data and present it clearly.
• A proven track record of supporting business planning and decision-making.
• A relevant professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA) would be advantageous.
