Finance Business Partner

The person in this role will have combination of strong financial expertise with excellent analytical,

communication, and stakeholder management skills. They will have experience in management

reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial control, and governance, with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights. Strong relationship-building and influencing

skills are essential, alongside commercial awareness, a continuous improvement mindset, and

proficiency in financial systems, advanced Excel, and Power BI. The successful candidate will be a

trusted adviser who helps drive informed decision-making, strengthens accountability, identifies

opportunities and risks, and delivers measurable value to the organisation.
