Finance Business Partner

In this Finance Business Partner role, you will deliver financial insight across the business to support informed commercial decisions and growth. You’ll move beyond traditional month-end tasks, focusing on variance analysis, trends, risks, and opportunities. You’ll support budgeting and forecasting, provide meaningful commentary for senior management and the Board, and collaborate with operations to add value through improved reporting and financial models. This is a stakeholder-facing role that combines analytical rigor with strategic influence and cross-functional collaboration.

• Provide financial insight across the business to aid decision-making
• Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes
• Produce analysis and commentary for senior management and Board
• Investigate variances, trends, risks and opportunities behind the numbers
• Support reporting improvements and develop financial models
• Collaborate with operational stakeholders to supply financial information
• Enhance reporting and MI to add value to Finance function

• Experience in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A, Commercial Finance or Management Accounting
• Strong Excel skills
• Power BI exposure or ability to develop dashboards and management information
• Qualified or studying toward CIMA/ACCA/ACA or qualified-by-experience with a strong commercial background
