Finance Business Partner

As a Finance Business Partner, you will anchor financial insight for site operations and commercial teams, translating performance data into actionable levers for growth. You’ll work with senior management to track EBITDA, cash flow, and capex, shaping investment decisions and ensuring robust governance. • Partner with site operations, commercial teams and senior management to explain performance against targets
• Provide insightful business partnering on EBITDA, operating cash flow and capex
• Produce management accounts, budgets, forecasts and investment appraisals to timetables
• Present financial information to finance and non-finance colleagues
• Uphold accuracy and integrity of financial information with strong controls
• Identify risks and opportunities and work with senior stakeholders to deliver results
• Evaluate projects and capital expenditure, including post-project appraisals
• Support wider consolidated analysis and reporting across the group

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, or actively studying and close to qualifying
• Degree qualified or equivalent
• Strong management accounting and business analysis skills
• Advanced Excel, with Power BI experience highly desirable
• Commercial experience with ability to build relationships with non-finance managers
• Confident communicator who can influence and challenge the business
• Experience of capex, investment appraisal and large, matrixed organisations desirable
• Full driving licence with travel to site 2 days per week and occasional travel
