Finance Business Partner

In this role you will drive commercial decision-making for a fast-growing manufacturing site within a larger European group. You partner with the Site Managing Director and leadership to shape forecasting, pricing, and margin strategies, turning data into actionable insights. You’ll challenge assumptions, collaborate with Sales and Operations, and influence the broader finance function to support growth and integration. This is a hands-on, commercially focused position at the intersection of finance and operations, with real impact on site performance and strategic direction.

• Lead commercial forecasting and financial modelling
• Perform pricing, margin and profitability analysis
• Challenge sales, volumes, and cost assumptions to drive improvements
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations and senior leadership
• Translate financial data into commercial actions and decisions
• Support acquisition integration and alignment within the group
• Partner closely with Site Managing Director and leadership team
• Dotted-line involvement with Group Finance

• Strong commercial finance / business partnering background
• Experience with forecasting, pricing and margin exposure
• Ability to challenge numbers and influence decisions
• Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, retail or similar environments
• Background with private label, retailer relationships or customer-specific pricing
