Robert Half partners with an organisation in Swindon to recruit a Finance Business Partner on a permanent basis. In this role you will partner with a specific entity, present financial insights to stakeholders, and conduct analysis, reporting and month-end accounting. The position suits someone either part or newly qualified in CIMA/ACCA/ACA or with equivalent experience, seeking a progressive business partnering path. - Prepare budgets and forecasts
- Perform P&L analysis and reporting
- Review and report on balance sheet
- Conduct financial analysis including variances, risks, opportunities and trends
- Manage month-end tasks: accruals, prepayments, journals, reconciliations
- Partner with stakeholders to present financial data and build relationships
- Experience in a management accounting role
- Part/newly qualified in CIMA/ACCA/ACA or qualified by experience
