Finance Business Partner M&A Integration

Drive financial reporting and M&A integration at Lighthouse Software Group, using analysis and controls across a diverse software portfolio.

As Finance Business Partner, you will support portfolio company finance teams, legal, and group leadership while reporting to the Financial Controller. The work spans monthly reporting, budgeting, forecasting, revenue analysis, treasury, and accounting guidance. You will also contribute to newly acquired business integration and external audit support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Monthly Business Reviews and consolidate leadership commentary
• Analyze revenue trends, customer additions, and churn
• Review budgets, forecasts, variances, risks, and corrective actions
• Support acquisition integration and purchase accounting activities
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, funding, and cash repatriation

Requirements:

• Three to five years of accounting or finance experience
• CPA designation completed or in progress preferred
• Working knowledge of revenue recognition and IFRS
• External audit coordination experience
• Excel proficiency; NetSuite experience is an asset
