Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Finance Consultant to lead the Finance track and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Oracle Finance modules. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, solution design, implementation, and cross-functional program delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Finance track across the complete Oracle Finance module lifecycle
  • Gather and analyze business and functional requirements from finance stakeholders
  • Analyze existing financial processes and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Design effective Oracle Finance solutions aligned with business requirements
  • Support configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities
  • Provide strategic guidance throughout program execution
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated solution delivery
  • Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project leadership
  • Identify and resolve functional issues and delivery risks
  • Ensure solutions meet business, financial, quality, and compliance requirements
  • Support process documentation, testing, training, and knowledge transfer
  • Drive continuous improvement of finance processes and Oracle solutions

Required Qualifications

  • 6 8 years of experience in Finance Consulting or Oracle Finance
  • Strong understanding of financial business processes
  • Experience with Oracle Finance modules and implementations
  • Strong requirements gathering and process analysis skills
  • Experience in solution design, testing, and deployment
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilitiesExperience leading functional workstreams or Finance tracks is preferred
