FP&A / Finance Consultant - San Diego, CA (Onsite, 92128) - $50-$70/hour Ready to step into a high-impact finance role where you can bring structure, insight, and operational support to a growing manufacturing organization? This is an opportunity to join an innovative medical device manufacturing company and partner closely with finance and operations leaders during a critical period of growth and systems improvement. Who you are:
  • 5+ years of FP&A, cost accounting, or operational finance experience within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong cost accounting experience is non-negotiable, including inventory, standard costing, variance analysis, and manufacturing cost drivers.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills with the ability to work effectively in environments with evolving processes and imperfect data.
What you'll do:
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities across manufacturing operations.
  • Analyze product costs, inventory, margins, and operational KPIs to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Partner with finance and operations teams to improve data quality, reporting accuracy, and decision-making processes.
What does this position pay? Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and education. The expected range for this role is $50-$70 per hour .
