Overview
As a Finance Controls & Analytics Specialist, you will strengthen financial governance while providing oversight, reporting, and analytical insights. You’ll support cost management initiatives, ensure policy adherence, and drive improvements across international finance operations. The role sits in a fast-paced, collaborative team and offers exposure to multiple European regions. You will work with cross-functional stakeholders to improve visibility of finance processes and compliance. This is an immediate, ongoing temporary opportunity with hybrid working in London.
Responsibilities- Monitor and review employee expenses and adherence to financial policy
- Support financial governance and internal control processes
- Carry out detailed cost analysis and identify trends or anomalies
- Produce management reporting and operational finance insights
- Assist with finance-related compliance reviews and process improvements
- Support selected transactional finance activities as required
- Collaborate with stakeholders across international locations
- 3–5 years of experience in finance operations, financial analysis, controls, or compliance-based roles
- Strong understanding of financial governance and expense management processes
- Advanced Excel skills
- Power BI and/or Power Query experience (advantageous)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
