Key Responsibilities

• Meet with customers following the purchase of their vehicle.
• Support and assist the sales team in closing transactions.
• Process credit applications to secure the best possible approvals for customers.
• Present and offer financing, insurance, and protection products tailored to customers' needs.
• Coordinate vehicle preparation with the service department.
• Perform any other related duties as required.

Requirements

• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in automotive finance.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple files simultaneously.
• Positive, professional, and results-oriented attitude.
