Overview

In this role you will shape the future of the Finance technology landscape by defining target architectures and roadmaps. You will work closely with Finance leadership to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions that support a global finance function. You will balance global standards with local requirements while guiding governance and enterprise architecture alignment. This is a business-facing architecture position offering strategic impact across regions and platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with Finance leadership to capture requirements, challenges, and priorities
  • Assess the existing Finance technology estate and document the current As-Is landscape
  • Define To-Be architecture and identify opportunities to standardise and automate Finance capabilities
  • Develop roadmaps, target architectures, and transition states for Finance technology
  • Translate complex Finance requirements into practical, integrated tech solutions
  • Collaborate with Solution, Technical Architects, Product, Delivery teams, vendors and stakeholders
  • Provide architectural governance ensuring alignment with Enterprise Architecture standards
Key requirements
  • 5+ years in Solution Architecture with emphasis on Finance architecture and transformation
  • Strong knowledge of Finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C, Treasury, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, controls)
  • Experience designing Finance solutions across ERP and Finance platforms (SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, Oracle Financials, Dynamics 365 Finance, Anaplan, OneStream or equivalent)
  • Experience defining As-Is / To-Be architecture, operating models, roadmaps, and transitions
  • Experience engaging with Finance Directors, CFOs, Controllers and Finance SMEs
  • Experience in large, multi-country or multi-brand environments and contributing to governance
