Finance Industry Architect

As Senior Finance Solution Architect, you will bridge finance expertise with product and technology to guide the next generation of cloud financial software. You’ll translate complex financial requirements into cohesive product direction while collaborating with Product, Architecture, UX, and development teams. You’ll help redefine end-to-end finance workflows within a cloud-native platform and influence platform design, governance, and usability. This is an opportunity to shape a flagship solution in a fast-moving, globally distributed environment.

• Act as finance domain expert within Product Management, translating market insight into high-level product guidance.
• Shape product strategy, validate requirements, and influence design decisions across the finance platform.
• Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging finance technologies to inform direction.
• Provide expert guidance on finance operations, period-end processes, controls, and auditability.
• Advise on governance, approvals, and internal controls to ensure compliant, traceable processes.
• Define requirements for financial reporting, analytics, and multi-entity/global finance support.
• Evaluate usability to ensure intuitive experiences aligned with finance workflows.
• Advocate for finance leaders and professionals throughout the product lifecycle.
• Challenge assumptions with independent finance perspective and drive long-term vision.

• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, CPA or equivalent)
• Significant experience in senior finance, finance systems, or financial software advisory roles
• Strong understanding of ERP and financial management core processes
• Knowledge of financial accounting, reporting, governance, controls, and regulatory compliance
• Ability to translate finance needs into clear product requirements and design guidance
• Effective communication with finance stakeholders, product teams, and senior leadership
• Proven ability to document complex finance processes and work across multiple initiatives
