Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for guiding customers through financing and insurance options while ensuring a seamless purchasing experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Present financing and insurance options to customers clearly and professionally.
• Secure financing through approved lenders and negotiate terms.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
• Offer and explain extended warranties, insurance products, and other value-added services.
• Process all financial documents accurately and efficiently.
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar F&I role (preferred).
• Strong understanding of financing, credit, and insurance processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain complex financial products clearly to customers.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software and systems.
