Finance Lead

Owning the financial model and monthly close processes, the full-time Finance Lead will manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial operations in a remote environment while building the financial planning function during a period of significant growth. Key responsibilities Build and own the financial model, including budgets and rolling forecasts Partner cross-functionally with department leads on budget management and spend reviews Ensure accurate monthly financials through journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals Required qualifications Experience in finance roles, encompassing both accounting and financial planning & analysis Proficiency with modern finance tools such as QuickBooks or NetSuite Ability to maintain GAAP compliant books and work with external accountants Experience in a high-growth, venture-backed SaaS environment is preferred Familiarity with cash operations, including accounts payable and receivable
