Finance Manager

About Our Client

Our client is seeking a Finance Manager to lead a small team and take ownership of day-to-day finance.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounting activities and ensure accurate, timely financial results.
• Develop financial plans and explain performance against targets.
• Provide practical financial insights to management and key stakeholders
• Oversee payroll activities and coordinate audit preparation.
• Improve financial procedures, reporting tools, and internal safeguards.
• Guide team members and support spending and asset management.

Requirements

• CPA designation OR a degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience, including staff supervision.
• Well-rounded knowledge of accounting, financial planning, and payroll.
• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with QuickBooks accounting systems.
• Ability to explain financial information clearly and build effective working relationships.
• A practical approach, strong attention to detail, and sound judgment.
