Finance Manager

I am currently recruiting for a Finance Manager for an independent law firm which has grown significantly in the last few years with offices across the UK. Reporting to the Finance Director you'll be responsible for the following: Produce monthly management accounts with commentary the leadership team can act on Build and maintain budgets, forecasts and financial models Business-partner with solicitors about WIP, billing and debt recovery Develop reporting and dashboards in Power BI, and use AI tools such as Claude and Copilot to makereporting faster and sharper Take a leading role in implementing new finance systems and improving how we work Act as the day-to-day link with our external accountants I'm looking for someone that has either worked in the legal sector before or if not professional services along with proven experience at Management Accountant/Finance Manager level who ideally has used and implemented AI tools. My client are open minded about where you are in your career so will consider Qualified or QBE. This role could suit someone who wants a long-term position to make their own, or someone who hopes to step up in time.
