Finance Manager

Citadel Source is exclusively partnering with a growing and ambitious organisation to recruit a Finance Manager . Reporting to the Head of Finance , this is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified accountant seeking a broad role that combines financial reporting, business partnering and performance improvement within a fast-paced commercial environment.

The role

Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you will deliver accurate financial reporting, provide meaningful commercial insight, and support key decision-making while helping drive continuous improvement across finance processes and reporting.

As a Finance Manager, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Producing monthly management accounts, financial analysis and performance commentary
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities
• Partnering with operational stakeholders to provide financial insight and drive performance
• Maintaining strong financial controls, reconciliations and balance sheet integrity
• Supporting board and leadership reporting with meaningful commercial analysis
• Monitoring costs, cashflow and working capital performance
• Improving management information, reporting capabilities and finance processes
• Contributing to finance transformation and wider business improvement initiatives

The successful candidate will possess:

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification
• Experience within a management accounting, finance business partnering or finance management role
• Strong financial reporting, controls and management accounting experience
• Proven experience delivering budgets, forecasts and performance analysis
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities
• A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and commercial value
