FINANCE MANAGER CARDIFF HYBRID

Are you a well-rounded Finance Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment?

I'm currently working on an exciting opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager to join a busy and established finance function in Cardiff .

We're looking for someone who can take ownership of the full management accounting lifecycle , while also bringing strong people management and leadership experience.

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience as a Finance Manager / Senior Management Accountant
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end management accounting process
• Proven people management, coaching and development experience
• Experience working within a Shared Service Centre or fast-paced, complex finance environment is highly desirable
• Strong month-end, reporting, budgeting and forecasting experience
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines
• Multi-currency experience would be a distinct advantage
• A commercially minded approach with the confidence to partner with stakeholders across the business

The role:

Cardiff Hybrid - 4 days office / 1 day from home
