Finance Manager

As Finance Manager, you will lead financial reporting and commercial analysis to support growth across UK and overseas entities. Reporting to the Finance Director, you’ll manage a small team, own month-end close, and provide insightful performance data to executives and boards. You’ll partner with stakeholders to drive cost efficiencies and deliver accurate audit-ready files. This is a key role in a fast-growing group, offering hybrid working and a clear path to influence group financial strategy.

• Own month-end processes, management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analysis for UK and overseas entities
• Provide financial performance reports for executive review and monthly board reporting
• Deliver ad hoc analyses to aid decision-making for Senior Managers
• Prepare year-end audit files and serve as primary contact for auditors
• Line-manage 2-3 Accounts Assistants with mentorship and support
• Business partner with stakeholders to deliver financial insight
• Drive efficiencies and cost-saving initiatives

• CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified
• significant PQE in a similar role
• exposure to a group business with overseas operations (preferred)
