Overview
In this role you will oversee finance and accounting activities to support the business and its growth. You will produce financial and management reports, lead month-end and year-end closes, and provide insightful variance analyses and cash flow forecasting. You will ensure compliance with IFRS and UK GAAP, manage tax computations and the annual audit, and partner with stakeholders across the group. You will lead a small team and work in a collaborative, hybrid, central London environment with a focus on adding value to the wider business.
Responsibilities- Prepare financial and management reports
- Manage month-end and year-end close processes
- Perform variance analysis and cash flow forecasting
- Review OPEX and tax computations
- Coordinate with external auditors and annual audit
- Engage with stakeholders across the group
- Provide actionable financial insights for projects
- Lead and develop a team of 3
- Report to the Financial Controller
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification
- Availability to start on short notice
- Experience in a holding company
- Knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP
- Strong communication skills and ability to simplify complex issues
