Finance Manager

As Finance Manager, you will own the finance activities of a key business unit within a growing travel and hospitality group. You will partner with senior stakeholders across the organisation and report into the Group Finance function. You will lead monthly management accounts, budgeting and forecasting, and deliver insightful analytics to support strategic decisions. • Ownership and preparation of monthly management accounts
• Producing and presenting detailed monthly reporting packs
• Managing weekly cash flow forecasting and monitoring
• Delivering KPI and revenue reporting to support business performance
• Leading the budgeting and forecasting process
• Providing commercial analysis and insight to support strategic decision-making
• Partnering with operational managers and senior leadership teams
• Driving continuous improvement across financial processes and controls
• Providing financial guidance and support across the wider business
• Supporting additional finance and commercial projects as required

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Strong commercial acumen and proactive business partnering
• Experience in commercial finance, management accounting or finance business partnering
• Experience preparing management accounts, budgets and forecasts
• Excellent financial analysis and reporting skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with finance and non-finance stakeholders
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to influence decision-making
• Advanced Excel and strong systems skills
