Overview
In this role you will support day-to-day finance operations while preparing for broader management responsibilities. You will work closely with the Senior Finance Manager to handle bookkeeping, code allocations, stock control, and month-end processes, applying your Sage and Excel skills. The position offers a clear path to a Finance Manager role within a growing Leicestershire business, with study support and hybrid working. You’ll report on operational financial tasks, address challenges proactively, and own your workload to help drive accurate reporting and financial efficiency.
