An exciting opportunity for a Finance Manager to join the FP&A team of a major household-name retail business.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to step into a larger, fast-paced organisation, broaden their commercial experience and take the next step in their career.

Working closely with the Head of Finance - FP&A, you'll play an important role in shaping financial plans, understanding business performance and supporting key decisions across the organisation.

The opportunity:

• Take ownership of key areas of the annual budget and three-year strategic plan.

• Lead financial planning, forecasting and performance reporting across key cost areas.

• Analyse trends, challenge performance and provide meaningful financial insight.

• Work closely with senior stakeholders and contribute to executive-level reporting.

• Manage and develop a Senior Finance Analyst.

• Drive improvements across financial planning, reporting and processes.

What we're looking for:

You'll ideally be a qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA accountant, with experience in FP&A, commercial finance or financial planning and analysis.

We're interested in someone who:

• Has a strong grounding in financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting.

• Enjoys getting into the detail, understanding performance and identifying opportunities.

• Can build relationships and communicate confidently with senior stakeholders.

• Enjoys developing others and taking ownership.

• Is ambitious, curious and keen to keep progressing.

Experience within retail, consumer, FMCG or a large, multi-site organisation would be beneficial.
