Finance Manager

As Finance Manager you will own the full accounting cycle for a growing international manufacturing group, delivering robust financial insight to support performance and growth. You will partner with production and operations to monitor costs and drive efficient processes, while ensuring strong controls and compliance. • Own the complete accounting cycle including month-end, management reporting, reconciliations, accruals and prepayments
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations: accounts payable, accounts receivable, VAT and payroll accounting
• Support budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management with financial insight for business performance
• Monitor production costs, stock movements and cost allocations in collaboration with operations
• Assist with statutory audits, financial controls and compliance; identify process improvements
• Contribute to development of accounting processes, systems and procedures
• Support finance function ownership and cross-functional collaboration
• Engage with stakeholders to facilitate decision-making and performance reviews

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
• minimum of three years' accounting experience in manufacturing, production or FMCG
• strong technical knowledge of UK accounting standards and full accounting cycle
• experience in management accounts, stock accounting and production costing
• experience with financial systems; Sage Intacct advantageous
• strong Excel and analytical skills
