Finance Manager

As a Finance Manager, you will support customers through the final steps of the vehicle purchase process, including financing options, protection products, documentation, and lender communication. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with financing, leasing, and purchase paperwork
• Present available protection products, warranty options, and coverage packages
• Work with banks and lending partners to help secure approvals
• Review contracts, applications, and documentation for accuracy
• Support a smooth and positive customer experience
• Communicate clearly with the sales team, management, and finance partners
• Maintain a professional, organized, and customer-first approach

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional, positive, and organized approach
• Comfort working with numbers, paperwork, and customer information
• Ability to explain financing and protection options clearly
• Sales, finance, banking, insurance, or automotive experience is an asset
• Previous dealership finance experience is preferred, but not required for the right candidate
• Valid driver’s licence
