The position:

• $59,330 - $72,500 annually

As Finance Manager, you’ll lead IWAV’s day-to-day finances, including bookkeeping, payroll, benefits, budgeting, and reporting. You’ll work closely with the Executive Director and management team, supervise administrative staff, and help keep our financial systems strong and running smoothly.

We’re looking for someone with a solid background in bookkeeping or financial management, including at least three years of hands‑on experience with payroll and benefits. You’re organized, detail‑oriented, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. Non-profit experience is an asset.
