Finance Manager

Our client is seeking a Manager of Finance to join their growing organization. This is an exciting opportunity for a CPA who enjoys combining hands-on financial management, strategic analysis, and client-facing responsibilities.

About the Role

The successful candidate will play a key role in providing financial insight to leadership and clients while helping drive the continued growth and success of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting.
• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, financial models, and management reporting.
• Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to senior leadership.
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability, processes, and financial performance.
• Partner with internal teams and clients to understand financial requirements and provide practical solutions.
• Present financial results and insights to senior leadership and clients.
• Support strategic planning and business growth initiatives.
• Lead and develop finance/accounting team members as the organization grows.

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in accounting and finance, ideally with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong experience with financial analysis, forecasting, reporting, and financial close.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact confidently with clients.
• Strong business acumen and analytical capabilities.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Required Skills

• Experience working within a manufacturing environment.
• Previous experience in public accounting.
• Experience working with owner-managed businesses or multiple business units.
