Finance Manager

As a Finance Manager, you will support our customers and facilitate a relationship between the customer and various lending institutions. This position is suited to an individual who is a self-starter. The successful applicant must demonstrate the ability to develop a collaborative working environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dealership customer loan origination and approval process while maintaining strong relationships with prime and subprime lenders.
• Provide strong customer service on complex files.
• Accurately prepare all dealer & provincial paperwork and submit to the accounting department in a timely manner.
• Establish and maintain monthly forecasted income, penetration levels, and customer satisfaction index (CSI) scores.
• Generate monthly, quarterly, and year end reports.
• Present service contracts, GAP, and other beneficial ancillary products
• Negotiating with customers to quickly and effectively transition from Sales to Finance during their vehicle purchase process.
• Determining customer financing needs based on a consultative interview process.
• Presenting a transparent menu to customers detailing their financing options and products to enhance their vehicle ownership experience.
• Processing finance transactions including lender approval and ensuring 100% compliance with all provincial and federal laws and regulations.
• Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
