Finance Manager Accounting Operations

Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, and cash management as Finance Manager, maintaining accurate records and timely transactions across the organization.

This Finance Manager oversees daily accounting, payroll, regulatory payments, reconciliations, and month-end processes. The position works with senior management, external accountants, and internal departments. Its focus includes reliable reporting, compliance obligations, and strong internal controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily invoicing, recurring invoices, statements, and collections
• Review vendor invoices, payments, records, and aging reports
• Process payroll, reimbursements, reconciliations, and documented expenses
• Prepare remittances, tax payments, filings, and payment records
• Complete reconciliations, journal entries, reporting, and year-end engagements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in accounting, finance, or related field
• CPA designation or progress toward completion preferred
• Minimum five years of progressive accounting experience
• Month-end reporting and reconciliation experience
• Accounting software, Microsoft Excel, and expense-platform proficiency
