Finance Manager: Banking & IFRS Close Leader

RFA Bank of Canada is seeking a Manager, Finance to lead the financial close process, related reporting, and key accounting initiatives. Reporting to the Corporate Controller, you will supervise the close calendar, reconciliations, and variance analysis while coordinating with auditors and internal teams.

You will drive the implementation of new accounting standards, maintain robust internal controls, and partner with stakeholders across Finance, Risk, Tax and Audit.
