Finance Manager Budgeting Compliance

Lead financial planning, reporting, and compliance for CISWP from its Cambridge, Ontario office, supporting accountable organizational decision-making.

The Manager, Finance leads CISWP’s financial operations and provides strategic guidance for sustainability, growth, and accountability. Reporting to the President and CEO, this full-time position oversees budgets, forecasting, funding compliance, audits, controls, procurement, and daily financial management. The role requires balancing operational execution with long-term planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and monitor operating and project budgets
• Provide forecasting, analysis, and planning recommendations
• Prepare reports for leadership, committees, and the Board
• Manage funding reporting and expenditure compliance
• Maintain financial controls and coordinate annual audits

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, commerce, or related discipline
• Seven to ten years of progressive finance experience
• Leadership experience in budgeting, reporting, audits, and controls
• Government funding, grants, or externally funded program experience
• QuickBooks Online, reporting tools, and Excel proficiency
