Finance Manager Deal Excellence

Lead deal intelligence and financial analysis as Visa’s Finance Manager in Toronto, working hybrid with at least three office days weekly. Improve decisions across major client opportunities.

The US Deal Excellence team supports Visa’s largest global book of business. This Finance Manager role strengthens deal analysis, decision support, workflows, governance, and operating performance. You will translate complex financial and business needs into actionable insights, practical technology solutions, and sustained capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop intelligence connecting financial, commercial, and performance signals
• Evaluate deal economics, rationale, alternatives, commitments, and performance
• Create reusable insights and frameworks for decision quality
• Redesign deal intake, modeling, approval, and execution workflows
• Strengthen governance, reporting, data flows, and knowledge practices

Requirements:

• Five years’ experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or advanced degree experience
• Microsoft 365 workflow experience, including SharePoint and Power Automate
• Strong financial analysis and problem-solving skills
• Experience applying analytics, automation, or AI to Finance problems
• Cross-functional improvement and stakeholder influence experience preferred
